Crossroads Conference 2023

The Oklahoma Conservation Commission Soil Health Team and Garfield County Conservation District are excited to announce the first annual Crossroads Conference, to be held at Autry Technology Center in Enid on July 19-20, 2023. Our vision for this event, held at the crossroads of our nation, is to bring agricultural producers together to support and teach one another at the intersection of many diverse production cultures. The conference will encompass crops, livestock, urban food production, and even backyard conservation. Our keynote speaker is Roy Pfaltzgraff of PFZ Farms in northeast Colorado. He has brought profitability and ecological resilience to his farm in a very challenging climate, and found creative ways to market unusual crops that the local elevator won’t buy.

Limited scholarships available upon request for those in financial need. Contact Sarah Blaney at sarahblaney@okconservation.org or Jean Lam at jeanlam@okconservation.org
