NACD Urban and Community Conservation Webinar

11 a.m. (CST)

The next NACD Urban and Community Conservation webinar will look at how districts gather and use input from constituents to guide their programs. The Laramie County Conservation District in Wyoming will describe their state’s public input process and why it is important for districts that deal with federal land management agencies. The Maine Association of Conservation Districts will share the steps of their 2016 Conservation Partnership’s Natural Resource Assessment, its results and how the data was used by districts.

These popular webinars, held on the third Thursday of each month, are sponsored by The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in partnership with the NACD Urban and Community Resource Policy Group. There is no cost to participate, but space is limited. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. To register, email Debra Bogar at deb-bogar@nacdnet.org WITH your name, title, district or business name, state and email address. Information to access the webinar will be sent by email.
